Ingredients:

Chilled white wine (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling etc)

Fresh grapefruit juice

Thyme

Instructions:

1. Add 2 parts white wine to 1 part grapefruit juice (e.g 200ml wine to 100ml juice). Stir well

2. Add to Drinkmate bottle, and carbonate! After carbonating, let stand 10-20 seconds to allow CO2 to dissolve, then release pressure.

3. Serve in a champagne flute glass. Pour into ice filled glass if desired. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
