A versatile cocktail suitable for a variety of occasions, it's perfect for a sunny day gathering. Ingredients (Serves 1):
  1. 90ml Homemade Lemonade
  2. 45ml Singapore Gin

Homemade lemonade

  • 8 Lemon Peels
  • 450ml Lemon Juice
  • 120g Honey
  • 300g Sugar
  • 1500ml Water

Directions:

Homemade Lemonade

Combine lemon peels, lemon juice, honey, sugar, and water in a large pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover with cling film and let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

After simmering, strain the mixture to remove the lemon peels and allow the lemonade to cool. This lemonade can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

When Life Gives You Lemons Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker, combine the homemade lemonade with the Singapore Gin

Add ice to the shaker and shake well until the mixture is chilled

Carbonate the mixture

Strain the cocktail into a glass, garnishing with a lemon twist or a slice of lemon for added visual appeal and a hint of extra lemon flavor.
